How to Restrain Ductile Iron Pipe with the Ford® UFR1400

Ford Meter Box’s Series UFR1400 is a mechanical joint restraint gland designed for ductile iron pipe with individually actuated wedges. When the actuating screws are tightened, the teeth on the bottom of each wedge lock onto the pipe surface.
